  • Photos and job documentation — "before and after" photos of your property that we may capture for estimates, work records, and (with your consent) marketing.
  • Site analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page view and referrer data via Plausible.io. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site tracking identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

By submitting your phone number through our quote form, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from All Day Power Washing related to your quote, scheduling, service confirmations, and service updates.

Our website uses minimal tracking. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand overall site traffic. Plausible does not set tracking cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not share data with third parties. We may use strictly-necessary cookies to keep admin sessions signed in, but we do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Quote submissions and customer records are retained for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for tax records). Marketing photos and reviews may be retained indefinitely unless you request removal.

7. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access / Correction / Deletion — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request correction or deletion, by emailing alldaysupport@alldaypowerwashing.com. We will respond within 30 days.
  • Opt-out of SMS — Reply STOP to any SMS message from us.
  • Opt-out of email — Use the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email, or email us directly.
  • California residents (CCPA) — You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information (encrypted transport, access controls, hashed passwords for admin accounts). No internet transmission is ever 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
